    35 degrees and sunny right now in southwest South Dakota. NORTHEAST South Dakota is supposed to go down to 25 below tonight with a 50 below wind chill. I think I'll stay here in the southern Black Hills where it hardly ever snows and the daytime temps often (not JUST in this unusually warm winter) get up to the 50's and 60's.

    I was taking sublingual B-12 (and biotin) before the corn intolerance hit. I have not been able to find any that have no gluten/corn/flavor/color. I may have to have them compounded.     You can order direct from the company: Open Original Shared Link Back before the corn problems hit, their Seven Grain bread was one of my favorite foods. I would eat this stuff even if I weren't gluten free. I'm really hoping that someday I will be able to eat it again.

    I know smoking is bad for me, but I haven't quit yet. Junk food is the same way. I used to LIVE on junk food. I LOVED it!     For me the hardest part is all of the new intolerances that keep cropping up. Just when I think I'm doing OK, something I've been eating all along starts to give me trouble. Oh how I wish there were a way to survive without ever eating again!
