    I've never used the GV brand vinegar but I believe white distilled vinegar should be gluten-free regardless. Maybe you got an older bottle, or thay haven't gotten round to the vinegar yet? Although, now that I thunk of it - they are very careful. If it's produced in a facility that processes wheat or barley they might just leave it off. Hmm.

    A "minor case" of celiac is NOT possible. Perhaps he meant your celiac symptoms were currently mild or he suspected you don't have celiac but are gluten intolerant. Or maybe the covering doctor was clueless.

    Excellent. So nice to hear something positive! What brand of gluten-free cookie did you try? I'm eagerly awaiting my amazon .com order for Mi-Del Royal Vanilla Sandwich cookies. Their faux Oreos are tasty as well.

    Yes, many good vibes go with you! I was on 9mg of decadron for rheumatoid arthritis and gained 60lbs in six months. I'm also bipolar so the mood swings were unbelievable.     More than enough time. What brand of taquitos? Do they have a 1-800 number on the box? A website? I reacted to the caramel color in a grocery store brand cola. (Publix)

    I can't eat any of their waffles. I don't know if it's cc or something else. I noticed their waffles are very grainy - not gluten grain, I mean it's like eating sand. Anything I can't fully digest (popcorn, seeds, nuts, corn/meal, lettuce, etc.) tends to cause me tummy trouble after awhile.

    Yes. Do mention it. (IMHO ) No bombshells needed. It may very well not be the case for that person but that doesn't matter. Who knows who'll read your post down the line. Plant a seed and time will tell.

    Your stomach might just be rebelling against the sudden increase in food volume. Any trouble with reflux? Pain/sore spot upper right abdomen? (gallbadder) During my first gallbadder attack I lost a great deal of weight, not due to poor appetite, I just couldn't finish anything.

    No. The grains are digested, the gluten proteins don't "survive" to become a part of the meat. That being said, my mom (also celiac) won't eat eggs from "4 Grain"(brand name) fed chickens. She knows there's no gluten in them - seeing that "4 Grain" logo just creeps her out!

    Please be careful taking any type of mood lifting herb or supplement if you have a family history of bipolar disorder, mania or recurrent major depression. I learned this the hard way, manic psychosis is un-fun.

    Amen! Any time a glutenous craving rears it's ugly head I can always come to the board and find an equally yummy and cravable gluten-free treat. (I just recently discovered Midel Oreos )

    I have age/genetic related hairloss.     The Cleveland Clinic definately. Any teaching hospital should be up to date on pain managment. I bounced through several rheumatologists before finding a doctor who specializes in research, he's on the cutting edge and I'm quite happy with his care.     IMHO - You have celiac disease. I haven't the slightest idea what your doc is talking about. Is this your first scope? Doc's due consider a positive scope the "gold standard", some won't diagnose celiac without it. Yes your villi could heal in seven months - your villi could have healed after two months!
