    If you type in gluten free dining in Disney world you will get some good info. I am researching myself right now. Also there is a Whole food one exit up from Orlando in winter Park. There is also an Outback, PF changs, and Carabbas.

    I noticed their was a lot of non-foods in that list for the popcorn. Perhaps you are reacting to some of those not so healthy ingredients. Try smart food, or Bearitos white cheddar popcorn.

    The Nordic naturals brand I take is lemon flavored and tastes good. Omega 6 is not what you want. We already get too much of that in other cooking oils. We really need more Omega 3. Also cooking with any oil other than coconut oil is not good. The heating makes it toxic.

    Georgie is right. TSH is useless. You have to get the Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies checked. This will show is you Have Hashimotos hypothyroidism. Get this along with the others she suggested. Your antibody levels should be below 20, though my docs believe they should be below 2. My antibodies were 799 and I had a normal TSH.

    The American normal for B-12 is way to low. Japan looks at a low normal as 550 I believe.

    Try Ewhorn gluten free Twice Nice rice cereal. It is good. You can get it at natural food store. They have a couple brand which have Malt, so make sure it says gluten free.     Fire and Ice is awesome. I have eaten there 3 times with no problems. Ask the hostess for a list of their sauces with allergens listed. It will tell you which ones are safe.     Have any of you seen Super Size ME? Whether those fries have gluten or not they are toxic poison non foods. Those fries kept under glass after 10 weeks had no trace of mold on them. They looked the same as when purchased. Regular fries went moldy in a few days. What in gods name do you have to add to a food to make it not get moldy for 10 week??!!

    No, but how far is that from Boston? Plainville? There are lots in Boston and surrounding areas. PF changs, Legal Seafoods, Outback Steakhouse, Bugaboo Creek. In Plainville which is south of Boston there is a place called Rancho Chico I think. They are Mexican and have a gluten free menu.

    If your sister has celiac, than it could have damaged her gut so much that she does have leaky gut and is reacting to other foods as well. It is common to have other intolerances with gluten.

    I echo all the advice above. If you eat eggs all the time you could definitely have created an intolerance. In addition to adrenals please get your thyroid tested again. Most likely your doc only tested the TSH which is a worthless test. There is a whole panel of tests you should get. The most important being the Thyroid Peroxidase antibody test. This...
