  2. I live in greenfield. Yea! Brookline is about 1 1/2 hours away. What did you have? I am so psyched. I had a really good experience at People's Pint in Greenfield.
  3. I did this 3 years ago. No problems with chicken, turkey, fish. I do not want to eat red meat or pork. I do know that pork is extremely bad for you. It is a very toxic meat since it comes from animals that eat junk. I would avoid it. You can probably read more about it online. I would stick to free range organic meats as well.
  4. I echo the other suggestions. I would also take a good digestive enzyme before you eat. It helps me with pain, bloating and gas.
  5. borderline thyroid should be treated if you have symptoms. Make sure you get you thyroid peroxidase antibodies tested (shows hashimotos) The tsh test is extremely innacurate. There should be a whole panel of tests not just one, so make sure you ask. I hate cold too. I get cold easily, but in summer I get overheated easily!!
  6. soy makes me really gassy. I take a digestive enzyme before each meal and it helps a lot with bloating and gas.
  7. My whole life. But less so since gluten free.
  8. I spend about 90 a week on me and my son. But, I shop at natural stores and buy all organic produce and products!

  10. Not all sour cream is gluten free.
  11. Not all chocolate is gluten free. Try Dagoba chocolate (all gluten free), or Greens Milk or Dark chocolate. You can find it at a natural food store. Also Hersheys regular size milk chocolate is supposed to be gluten free. Chocolate may be too much for your delicate intestines anyway at this point. You may want to stick to simpeler foods.
  12. Is Jules organic ice cream gluten free??
  13. Reeses Peanut butter cups, and hershey's regular size chocolate bars.
  14. Try Applegate farms meats. They are gluten free and antibiotic and hormone free as well.
  15. I just about cried when I saw what they did to those poor sweet potatoe fries!! Why would they take something healthy and add all that crap!! Anyway I have tried Trader's and Ians, but none were as good as my own. It is easy. I just sliced a sweet potatoe into round circles, coated them in organic olive oil and sea salt, and baked in a baking dish at 4...
  16. Not all are gluten free, but they are clearly labeled on the back at the bottom.
  17. I have had no problems with it. But, I skip the butter topping!! But hearing those ingredients, makes me think I'll bring my own organic varitey!
  18. If you prefer natural products, you can use Tom's of Maine toothpaste, and Giovanni hair products. Also all Shakai products are gluten free.
  19. Hi again Rachel. I finally found your thread. I lost it for a while. I e-mailed last week. So you do have lyme? Wow. I'll let you know what my test say when I get them. What treatment are you getting. Laura
  20. You need to find out what kind of vinegar they use to make the rice sticky. Make sure it is not a grain vinegar. I would stick to raw salmon or yellowfin. I don't know about wasabi
  21. Biopsies can be wrong. I would get a stool test by Enterolabs. Also you could just try the gluten free diet, and see if it helps. If you reintroduce it and you get worse, then you have your answer.
  22. Do you think I have adrenal also? My temps go up and down so much. I sent you a personal e-mail as well. I actually had been feeling great a couple years ago and then got sick twice and never recovered. I found out I was gluten intolerant and that slowly made me better and better. Until, this summer. I feel like hell most of the time, but have some good...
  23. I go to someone who does network chiropractic. There is no cracking. All adjustments are made through very light touch and energy and breath work. This has helped me a lot. Especially for sciatic pain.
  24. I work with infants and toddlers in their homes for Early Head Start. The recomendation is 2-3oz per day for 6 months- 1yr. and 3-6 oz. for 1-2 year olds. Real fruit is much better than juice!!
