  4. I would think that Goya canned beans would be made with Goya dried beans. I can tell you that the Goya dried beans packages say that they may contain wheat and soybean.

  13. I use a rice called A Taste of Thai Jasmine Rice. I also cannot tolerate oats as well as corn and soy.   25. I can not tolerate either flax seed or flaxseed oil...the seed give me gas and bloating and the oil upsets my stomach and makes me nauseous. So chia works better for me. I currently use Gaia brand chia fresh which is already ground and in small flake form and you just can add it to water or juice or spinkle it on salads or your food.
