    WARNING!!! PAcific foods lists on thier web site that thier Mushroom gravy is gluten free and the second ingredient of the one I found is WHEAT FIBER. Made a special trip across town and everything. grrrrr. Elonwy

    LOL. Yup. I was blowing on my boyfriends stomach to make fart noises ( I was torturing him for information) and he piped up with "Boy I miss that sound from when we were first dating".     Kraft rocks. Every other country gets a gluten free list except the US, because we sue over coffee being hot. They have a really good labeling system. If there is wheat in there it will say WHEAT. If it has barley in it it will say BARLEY. It will not hide behind anything else. I trust them more that alot of other manufacturors.     I got mine cause my doctor was just shy of ordering me to get it. The whole gluten thing makes us more sucseptible to germs, especially when we're still healing, and I work at a school, and around way too many people not to get it.     Sometimes it just takes a while for them to get it. I have one of the best boyfriends on the planet and it took him at least a month or two to really "get it".     I'm in the US, and most of the time they say gluten-free, but I saw one the other day that said wheat-gluten free instead of gluten free and it kind a freaked me out, cause I didn't know it meant gluten free or just wheat free. they're kinda weird, but oh so yummy for lunches. Elonwy

    I would definitely follow up with eyes and other things, its so hard to tell with kids, but I had constant headaches before I went gluten-free, I now I only have them when my sinus allergies kick in. Elonwy

Consider the time in his/her busy day, seeing patients, filling out piles of insurance paperwork ( can be up to 40% of workload if its an HMO), playing golf.     Its a little harder with corn tortillas than with flour, because of the size issues, but I love burritos. You need :(everything is pre-cooked) beans, rice ( meat if you want it) cheese, i like black olives, and a little sour cream and salsa.     I put peanut butter on them ( I like the crunchy kind) and heat them in a microwave or pan. When the peanut butter gets melty, roll it up into a little taquito. Be careful, case the peanut butter gets hot, but its just decadent. For added oomph you can also throw in some chocolate chips. Who needs peanut butter sandwichs? Not me. Elonwy

    The french cards in The Gluten Free Bible are not translated accuratly. I have not found replacements for those languages yet, but my friend, who is french, read it and couldn't understand what it said. He said it wasn't written in proper french and wasn't what the english card said. Just a warning. Elonwy

    If your gluten intake was really low, your test could come back negative. Heck sometimes it can be pretty high and still come back negative.
