  1. On their website: Q. Are the GOLEAN shakes gluten free? A. Yes, the GOLEAN Chocolate and Vanilla Powdered Shake Mixes are gluten free Open Original Shared Link
  2. I would not take ANYTHING without talking with your doctor. Some people have positive experiences, but that isn't the same for others. I took L-Glutamine and ended up in the hospital, after reading all of the positive things. For me, it was completely negative, and dangerous.
  3. I buy Redpath, but once they were sold out, and I went over to Wal-Mart looking for it, and their brand (Great Value) was NOT gluten free. It had wheat starch, NOT corn starch.
  4. Mug, A&W, Barq's, Stewart's, and Hires are all gluten-free.
  5. You're welcome. I am, again, glad you are enjoying it. Please PM me if you'd like to support the creations that have followed (and came before)!
  6. I looked into that also, and it unfortunately was a lot more difficult than I thought. I am not sure of the health/safety rules where you are from, but there are a LOT of guidelines (even if you just sell them online). If you do choose to, good luck!
  7. I would say mine are half and half. I only get gastro symptoms when I get glutened, now, but as I am healing, all my my neuro issues are still apparent.
  8. We use it here. Maybe you are sensitive to an ingredient in it?
  9. Out of curiousity, why can't you just increase the fibre in your diet? Eating more fibrous foods, and sprinkling things like flax meal on your food is just as good.
  10. Her signature says she is intolerant to tapioca. Feel better, Felidae!
  11. Email me laurie.sadowski (at) gmail. com for details! (change the at for @.)
  12. Again, I'm so thankful that you've all had such success. This bread has, literally, changed my life. Weird to say, I know- but thanks! It really helped, and there is now so much more where that came from! I think you're all so swell!!!!!!!
  13. I know that their body butters are safe.
  14. I use Pomona's
  15. Vega is one of the most nutritious.
  16. I get that - it's just from my neurological symptoms (says my neurologist and opthamalogist).
  17. I had a betta, and just fed it blood worms, for that reason. They are at the pet store (they're dried) with the other betta food.

  19. When in need of cheese, I make my own. It's a lot cheaper, and I hear the alternatives aren't great, but I can't have them due to other ingredients, anyay.
  20. Make sure you use starch (corn, potato and/or tapioca) and flour in your mix. For each cup of flour and starch mix, add 1 tsp. xanthan gum for cakes, and less for things like cookies.
  21. This could very well be the reason. Maybe you aren't getting vital nutrients, vitamins, calories, good fats, and so on if you are eating so little. Sometimes we assume that everything stems from celiac, but maybe it's just your diet. It really could be as simple as that - have you seen a dietician? If not, do you know what you can do? I am a vegetarian...
  22. What sort of info are you looking for? I would recommend calling a tuner in the area who can come and look at it - an educated tuner will know it inside out.
  23. I use Dove, but I don't know about one for skin problems... I just wanted to let you know that Dove face wash is gluten-free, if there is an anti-acne one.
  24. I bake mine instead. I cut up tortillas, add a bit of olive oil and spices, bake about 6 minutes per side until crisp at 425F. I can't help you with the deep frying problem, sorry!
