    Welcome, Yes many of your symptoms are those of Celiac. My Celiac was triggered by stress. The worst of my symptoms occurred in one day. I noticed that you said you were "wheat free", perhaps if you were "gluten free" your symptoms may improve. But then, if you choose to be tested, as said, you must consume a gluten diet.     In the US M&M's are gluten free except the crunchy ones. I seem to recall that in Australia they are not.

    Enterolabs can do stool testing and test for sensitivities and it is not covered by insurance that I am aware of. You daughter does not like needles. So.....that leave only one option left. Try her on the gluten free diet. I would not start her during the holidays (unless she is in pain or discomfort). Start her when she has a routine. Hope...

    Joe, I'm off to work, so excuse this brief reply. Until you intestines begin to heal, you will have symptoms such as a reaction to gluten whenever you eat ANYTHING.     Try a corn tortilla wrap with Boars Head meat. Tastes like "normal" food and looks like "normal" food.

    Jello is infact gluten free. On the other hand, Blue Diamond Crackers, if you look at the box, I believe it says that is "is processed on a facility that processes wheat..." There might be a cross contamination issue with the crackers. They have never bothered me. Milk products may also be an issue if she is in the early stages of healing.
