    That is puzzleing. If the cornstarch has wheat in it, it is no longer corn starch. Here is a thought. I work in a gourmet food/gift place and we sell some oriental items such as rice noodles. The translation to english is quite humorous. Perhaps in the translation, could "starch" be translated to "wheat"? Just a thought

    Brown Rice or a variety of rices always does good things for me. Popcorn helps as well. Natural helps for me.

    I have learned that lactose is absorbed on the tips of the villi. So it makes sense that with villi damage caused by a gluten intollerance, lactose cannot be absorbed and can be an irritant..     From one who never liked bread to begin with, I have found that kinnikinnich White Sandwich Bread is the closest to real bread that it gets. You can find it on line or in health stores of more progressive groceries. It makes a great grilled cheese!     Paula: Good luck with the discussion! Fatty stools often float, can be granular and mucously and can be more golden in color. But yet, they may vary frequently. The floating occures because of the unabsorbed fat.
