  4. FYI, It could be another food intolerance as well. I'm sorry this happened, but in the future, remember" 1. Red Lobster is not recommended by most posters here (too much chance for CC) 2. Always include a manager (Don't trust your health to a waitress) 3. Unless you are in a "nice" place or a place where you can ascertain the ingredients easily...
  5. I can only presume and HOPE you are kidding...3 months does not 50 years maketh.... My clock is fine and should be for quite some time Before I take any steps like that, I need to be more financially responsible and think long-term.
  6. Armetta, She will meet "The Mom" for the first time in November. Since they are both nurses, they should have a ton to gab about... How was the shrimp pizza? I usually get sausage/mushroom/extra suace -- I love it! Next time, I am going to try their hummus and flatbread...

Preferences differ, but when people defame or insult others due to their alcohol preference, I roll my eyes. Apparently, those people are able to cast the first...
  11. no offense, but Ramapo doesn't taste that good to me -- its like a lemon in a stale beer. I would rather drink a cup full of wheat than that stuff. I get the heebie-jeebies just thinking about it! Blech!
  12. Could be another intolerance or allergy - Casein? Dairy? Soy? Corn? I eat Kinnikinnick and it never affects me. I toast all gluten free bread...
  13. FYI, Distilled Vinegar, even from grain sources, is gluten free. When they serve the sushi on the sticky rice, it is referred to as "Ngiri or Nagiri" style -- it is safe. I have yet to find a wasabi that is not safe in a restaurant. No Spicy tuna (unless it is only dressed with syracha (Asian pepper sauce) No crab (unless its real and 99% of places...
  14. They should have a gluten free menu at the Hostess stand or the manager will be able to get you one from the computer. I keep it simple -- I like a nice Ahi Tuna (Grilled Rare) with Fish MArket Mashed Potaotes and Steamed spinach. They have other veggies if you like and a baked potato among other things... The halibut is also excellent -- every day...
  15. The breakfast panini sandwiches and Foccacia bread at Davinci's are wonderful!

  19. Hebrew National -- all the way! They just taste better than the other hot dogs (and no fillers) -- I think the Applegate Farms Hot Dogs taste weird and they cost like $7 a pack! Bronco
  20. Turns out there are anchovies in their ceaser, and I am anchovie intolerant (along with sardines, halibut, and whitefish). I think that was the problem. I have not had any other problem with Outback, and I eat there at least once a week.

  24. Its important to note that I hadn't had a beer in 8 or 9 years before Bards and New Grist, so my mouth could only vaguely remember what beer tasted like
