  1. The other day I tried Gluten-Free Pantry's French Bread/Pizza Crust and made a 10 or 12 inch pizza.....it was AWESOME!!! I just topped with Prego 3 Cheese & mozzerella cheese. DS said it tasted like pizza hut. I think that the only thing I would change is that I would add some italian seasoning and parm cheese to the crust mix.

  5. My son was diagnosed with Celiac in July 2006 and we have noticed a huge improvement in behavior & school work since he went gluten-free. That, aside from some vague stomach issues, was really the only symptoms.
  6. Another vote for Lexapro. I am on 20 mg and it has done wonders for me. I am much less stressed, anxious and generally much nicer to be around! LOL! I thought about going off of it, but my dr talked me out of it until after winter and I am glad she did.

  12. I shop at Meijer mostly, but when I need specialty foods I go to Raisin Rack (local health food store), Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. TJ & WF are farther away, though and I only go there if I can't get what I need at the other 2 places.
  13. For some reason bananas give me horrible gas, apples, too! I usually stick with oranges or berries to be safe. Have you tried eliminating the banana? Hope you find what it is soon! I had to take a round of antibiotics for an ear infection a few weeks back and it messed my whole system up!! I am taking probiotics to try to correct it all.
  14. My son has this every day (rich chocolate flavor) and hasn't had any issues at all. He is pretty sensitive to gluten, too, so I would think if there was an issue, he would have some kind of stomach pain. Are you lactose, casein or soy intolerant? I think all of the above are in the instant breakfast.
