If you are planning to go forward with the endoscopy/biopsy to confirm the suspected celiac diagnosis then you would need to go back to eating regular amounts of gluten up until the day of the procedure.     Well. let me first applaud you for being your own advocate. The NP is correct, however, in that the biopsy is the more reliable dx test. I hope you do follow through on your intentions to ask question about the thoroughness of the biopsy process. Continue to eat regular amounts of gluten until the biopsy is over.
