    Adzuki beans are a red bean used often in Japanese cooking. I thnk they are sold dried, but I'm not sure--I'll ask DH when he gets home, but he's 3rd generation, doesn't cook, and is a true American glutenaholic, so he probably won't know.     I started on synthroid years ago, and then my PCP switched me to levothroid becasue she said the hormone levels in synthroid were inconsistent.     Since I cut out the gluten, I've been scarfing down Fritos Corn Chips. I never used to salt anything, and I never ate chips of any kind (chocolate chip cookies was my downfall). I just assume that I'm holding a lot of water weight from all the excess salt that I'm not used to (and will hopefully learn to leave alone)!
