    If you are around a lot of loose dust you could be getting some gluten, whether by inhaling or inadvertently by touching your mouth. HOWEVER, for many people three weeks gluten free isn't enough time to see an enormous improvement. richard

    I will remain hopeful for this bill but the odds in favor are minuscule in large part because it was introduced by Democrats, which means most Republicans automatically oppose it no matter what it is. Often goes the other way, as well, but in this case the Rpubs can just outright kill it. And that is almost certainly what will happen. richard

    Anything made overseas but sold in the U.S. still MUST list wheat if it's there. richard

    I've yet to find a rum that isn't gluten-free. Bacardi's definitely is, but so are better ones. richard

    Sweet and sour sauce traditionally has soy sauce in it. Most commercial soy sauce in the U.S. has wheat. Odds are very high that the sweet and sour sauce had gluten. The cornstarch was gluten-free (absent any CC, that is). richard

    Lucky, it's pretty much 99.99999999 percent that the chicken is gluten-free. If you don't see wheat listed, it's going to be gluten-free. richard

    IMO, there's really no reason to quit ALL grains. If you're paranoid about CC of grains, there are types and brands that are safer than others.
