  3. About a month ago I realized I was reacting badly to garlic. I had never had a problem with it previously. Maybe you've developed a new intolerance.
  4. I've never been able to remember people's faces. Any movie with men with the same hair color and relative length I can't tell the characters apart. (Women usually have very different hairstyles.) I can recognize people that I see often, but it's mostly by the way they move. I've always known that this isn't quite normal, but in generally I'm not visually...
  5. Defecation of character?
  6. I think this is the bottom line. If something works for you, don't change it. If it stops working, you know you have alternatives.
  7. I also don't eat out much. If I've girded my loins (what does that mean anyway?) and am prepared for making my case I will go out, but otherwise I eat at home. On the up side, I eat a lot less fat and spend less money, so I can't say it's a bad thing.
  8. I like the apple idea. Do it once and tell them you expect to have something you can eat when they bring in donuts. Maybe you'll just get fruit every time but you'd still be part of the group.

  10. yuck. Not shopping in your store! Rachel, just wanted to remind you that chlorine in water dissipates over a few hours. You might be able to save your self some money by prewashing all your fruits and veggies in "old" water and just doing a quick rinse with filtered water. Also, with regard to the same process, when you run your water all of the dissolved...
  11. I was once asked in a job interview what I was most proud of. Now I think I have a good answer.... , at least for the jobs I don't really want
  12. Floating is usually from gas added by bacteria in your colon. Maybe your upper intestine isn't healed enough to start digesting food, but it's no longer traumatized because you aren't eating gluten anymore. So food is going slow enough to get to your colon where the bacteria are doing their best to break it down for you. Don't stress about it. Two weeks...
  13. This is interesting and I never would have thought about it that way, but there are other reasons for seeing green. I don't digest spinach very well, so that always comes through green even though other green plants don't. Also, if I've eaten something that my digestive tract really objects to it might come out green, but I think that's from bile. Just...
  14. Vitamin C can help (maybe that's why they named it that ). Try increasing your citrus.
  15. Hi Sweetie, I'm so sorry you feel yucky. My prescription would be to curl up in bed with a warm puppy.
  16. I'm glad you're back Steve, I was thinking about you.
  17. AAAARRRRGGGG!!!! Thanks for the warning. It's sooo disappointing when I'm all excited about a new episode and it turns out to be a re-run.
  18. Sounds to me like a way to make their product cheaper by using flour as filler.
  19. Politically correct terminology HOW TO SPEAK ABOUT W OMEN AND BE POLITICALLY CORRECT: 1 She is not a "BABE" or a "CHICK" - She is a "BREASTED AMERICAN" . 2. She is not "EASY" - She is "HORIZONTALLY ACCESSIBLE". 3. She is not a "DUMB BLOND" - She is a "LIGHT-HAIRED DETOUR OFF THE INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY". 4. She has not "BEEN AROUND" - She is a...
  20. IUD. You can get the progesterone kind and stop having periods (mostly).
  21. Hi Newman, I don't order food online so I can't help you there, but I'm in Seattle so I wanted to say HI!
  22. Jerry, check out this page from Enterolab. Open Original Shared Link Why are gene results so complicated, and which genes predispose to gluten sensitivity/celiac sprue? Short answer: 0yxx, where y is 2 for DQ2, 3 for any subtype of DQ3, 4 for DQ4, 5 for DQ5, or 6 for DQ6 DQ7, DQ8, and DQ9 are subtypes of DQ3 DQ5 or DQ6 are subtypes of DQ1 so...
  23. Well, I did miss your birthday, but happy one anyway. You're so fab I think you deserve a birthday week (which totally justifies cake for breakfast)
  24. Does this mean she's the one that flushes?
  25. I'm glad to hear this. I'm switching my products to Dove just because of their real women campaign.
