Is there a way to check the spelling on the posts you create either before or after you send them? I have seen this feature on other forums.

I know no spell checker. Why? This site is great otherwise...

I was always the first kid in school that sat down in the spelling bee's. Those nuns were so mean!

We're not being graded on spelling or punctuation so there is nothing to be worried about.

If it worries you that much type it up in word first, then copy/paste it in to here. :)

The software is used here for the forum does not have a built in spell checker option.

Sure, you can check it in your WP and then paste it, but the issue is convenience.

I know that, but again no such tool exsists, so there is nothing Scott can do about it at this point.

For those of you that use Firefox, I know there's an extension for spell checking in your browser. And now that I consider it, I think the Google toolbar also has a spell check. Two alternatives...

Yep, my Google toolbar has a spell checker. I used it on this post, and love it!

      I hadn't been eating gluten free before having the antibody test done. I started eating gluten free after having the test done because the gastro PA told me to eat gluten-free for 6 months. I'm now 3 months in.

      I tend to agree with RMJ. Your doc took the reasonable and practical approach to diagnosis. All things considered, it was the right way to go. However, if you have first degree relatives that show signs of possible celiac disease, urge them to get formally tested before they start the gluten free diet.

      It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.
