I shouldn't say anything, because I don't want to jinx this--but I'm back on the treadmill!!! I've been doing 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week AND on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I follow that with 50 arm curls wif me hand weights.

Of course, this is only the second week of this , but it pheels good and I have high hopes of sticking wif it

I did enjoy DHW last night--I'm looking forward to this season. I particularly liked the "fake out" about Mike. I was surprised. My fav scene was the short one with the two gay neighbors. So cute! Plus, I love Tuc Watkins.
