the meat was TERRIBLE Very bad choice - - very fatty pork - I threw it all out. Cooked this thing and went to all this effort but - 'twere almost enough to make me become a vegetarian, just like the two years in high school when I did not eat meat after my mom had me de-bone a chicken......

I am, for the time being, broken up with pork :gag: .....rest of the dinner - okay - - not my best but she did not care.......
