Rob's cameo is about 20 minutes in. While the surgeon is in the hospital corridor talking on her cell phone to her FBI agent husband, Rob passes through the background left to right, also talking on a cell phone. It is easy to miss.

There are 17 minutes before the first commercial break (as seen here in the east). The cameo is after that by a couple of minutes.

<clapping hands> am soooooooo excited to have insider info!!!!!!!

Thank you!! I TiVo'd it, so after Grey's Anatomy we can go back and catch him. I knew it was in the hospital hallway, but I still missed it.

What is a TWA and how did they find me? I lived in a "haunted" house from the ages of 5-7. I have VIVID memories of some wierd stuff that went on there. More like mischevious kids than evil. THey used to run up and down the hall while we were sleeping and my parents thought we were up running around. They also used to like to watch us sleep, they'd sit on the edge of the bed when I would lay down to go to bed. It was so wierd when you'd feel the edge of the bed dip down-yet there was no one there. Nothing like that here so far. We've been in this house for 4 years now!

I'm stressin BIG TIME. not sure how I feel about this potential move, hubby said he didn't think he had a chance up against this other guy, yet they called him for an interview 1st. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? I don't want to move! Perfect house, perfect neighborhood and schools, 2 best friends I've been friends with since we were 7 live within 5 minutes, we all have kids around the same age, job I love, people I love to work with, most of my family within an hour-AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You should SEE the size of the enormous chocolate chip stress cookies I just pulled out of the oven. Someone MUST stop me because I will eat ALL OF THEM.

I know whatever is "supposed to" happen will, but I can't stop stressing (or eating <_< )!!!!!

Portland is just a train ride away. Poifect place for a relaxing weekend. Poifect place to send the kids when they're older.

Or...

Hubby can live in Seattle and spend his weekends with you. :P My brother has done that for years, because his jobs never seem to be where they want to live.

I did, and it wuz awesome. Obscure bit of trivia I noticed: the forward images were of April 29, 2010. That will be Rob's 50th birthday. I somehow doubt that it is a coincidence.

Love that he wrote it that way!!! :P It'll be our little secret ;)

p.s. chek my FB page for recent shenanigans of Kit........ he knocked over a giant shrub as he climbed it..........it has gone down once before, I thought it was secure.....but NOOOOOOOOO....

is now on my lawn, and I dunno WHOT to do..........

How did I miss this??? I remember the scene perfectly, but we were too busy paying attention to the phone conversation with the FBI agent and the doctor. Missed it completely  They are going to have an encore showing of it again tonight--we will have to watch that scene again.

What an exciting and scary thing to happen to you as kids :o I used to feel a cat walking up my bed from the foot to the middle, then it would lay down.

I sure hope you don't have to leave your home and friends and family, that would be so hard :( But, I really do believe that when one door closes another opens. Who knows? Maybe this could be a huge blessing in diguise?

Dear gawd.. . . ...... chills. . . . ....

How bizarre and fascinating, Rachelle . .. . .....do you know the history of that house?

We tried to get the history, the previous owner claimed no one had ever died in the house, my mom thought people would think she was crazy, so we never talked about it outside the house until the shenanigans got more frequent. The bedroom next to mine was always below 50 degrees. The house had no AC, and in the summers, it would easily get over 100 outside, so the house was sweltering inside-except that room-you could see your breath in it. We finally had the pastor from the church next door come and check it out. He went through each room, and said there was something definately off in that room. He prayed through the house and in that room trying to "release" the spirit. From then on, the room was the same temp as the rest of the house. The really creepy thing was that we lived at the bottom of this really windy steep road, and we had some friends who lived in the house that was directly above ours. The following week, the lady asked my mom if something had happened in our house on that particular day at that particular time because she and her husband were out on their deck and she said she heard something that sounded like a child crying and she said it came from our house and "floated" up past hers, then it was gone....................

I know, it's closer than a lot of cities he's suggested--Boston, Detriot, Philly....and I'm trying to get into my head "whatever is supposed to happen will happen" I do believe that everything happens for a reason and I won't know anything for at least 2 weeks, so I'm just going to try to push it away until I have something to worry about. I am in a cookie coma today, I seriously ate 1/2 the batch last night <_<

I'm stressin BIG TIME. not sure how I feel about this potential move

I can relate, Rai-shall. We've moved 9 times due to Mark's career--the first was hard since we, like you, were facing leaving our families and friends. This last one, in March, we left our (grown) sons to come to Texas :( It never really gets any easier, but you will adapt and it will be fine :) Keep us posted.

but made me psychotic - 'tis a bit like Lost, indeed.......and then someone from Lost was actually on there :huh:

:P Yes--and more "Lost" alumni to come, according to the previews! ;) We thought it was a bit easier to follow than "Lost"--at least so far.

Pataughmn!! We WERE all watching together! :D

Or...

Hubby can live in Seattle and spend his weekends with you. :P My brother has done that for years, because his jobs never seem to be where they want to live.

We did this for 11 months--Mark lived and worked in Charlotte, NC whilst the boys and I lived in our house near Atlanta. Not ideal--the kids were young and were only able to see their dad on weekends. I was pretty much a single mom with a part-time job, kids, pets and a house for sale that had to be ready to show at any time. I'm sure this works beautifully for some ( and of course people do it every day out of necessity), but for us it was really difficult.

I had suggested this too, it didn't go over well. He was b%$@#ing like a little girl that I didn't love him  We've been married for 11 years and together for 13, I could NEVER imagine being with anyone else (well, except Edward :P ) But I'm the type of person who needs a lot of space, he's the type that has to be around someone all the time. That scenario would be ideal for me, horrible for him. I have a feeling that the new job would keep him away more than he's expecting, so maybe the move would be the best combo for both of us...

From the sound of things, I would tend to agree. It's a difficult enough situation without having one of you feeling insecure about being apart. With a new job, it's a sure bet he'll be busier and away more, especially at the beginning. But....it's one of those things where each couple (family) has to decide based on what is best for them.

We looked at it as "we'll just do what we have to do" and plowed ahead--plus, our house was on the market, so we knew at some point we would be moving back in together. It just took a lot longer than we thought it would!

The funny and happy ending to that story is that shortly before our house sold, Mark got a chance at a position with the same company in New Jersey--which we love. The kids and I never did live in North Carolina--we managed to (with the help of the company) to all move to Jersey together. :D

So, ya never know what life holds--we've moved many times and there are many good aspects to that, too. We have friends all over the place--the kids have experienced living in different locales and became good at handling change. The 4 of us have a special bond. It's a real "mixed bag", but in the end, it's what you make of it ;)

Not much to say. Want to congrat Peter and his bro. B) Good job! Has he written anything else? Glad to see ya better, Em. Have no time to even read stuff. Lots of new, haunted, old houses. Am sitting in the very corner of the very room that the old lady who's estate we baught the house from, died in. She was 78, died peacefully from natural causes, in her reading chair. I live peacefully and naturally, in my computer chair. The light fixture above me that I read and post by, is the same one that she read by. My Grandmother's name was Mildred. Her name was Mildred. Kinda wierd.

And, I love the birthday #. 4/29/10. What fun to put youself in your book. Rather Hitchkockian.

Susan lost her Silly,

Need to get it back. :(

Sometimes, when yer silly gets lost, it stays lost for a long time :( And the sillier everyone else gets the more yer psilly hides from you; or perhaps it's not really lost per se--it's just that everyone else has found *your* psilly and is using it all up so there's nought left for you.

And then when peeps start getting all clever and posting pictures of their pheats and doing little green puke-face men and other smarty things, yer gets all kinda depressed and climbs further into de non-psilly hole...

But I have been keeping up with all your pheats and feets and short fifth digits and whatnot.

So all you peeps, stop stealing my psilly and give it back to me. I WANT IT BACK!!!

Shroomie- Me psilly is hiding too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come back......there's enough psilly for ALL of us!!!!!!

When your psilly is tired, I shall carry it!

I totally get this. It's absolutely a grieving process, and it's okay to feel gutted about the loss of those simple joys, especially at 18. Your feelings are completely valid—it's not about being ungrateful for your amazing boyfriend, it's about mourning the life you thought you'd have. That "tortured by the smell" feeling is so real. It does get easier, I promise, but it's okay to sit in the sadness and just vent about how much it stings right now. Thanks for sharing that. Celiac.com has published a book on our site by Jean Duane PhD called Gluten-Centric Culture, which covers many of the social aspects of having celiac disease: This chapter in particular covers issues around eating with family and others - Gluten-Centric Culture: Chapter 5 - Grabbing A Bite Together:
    • Scott Adams
Many of us with celiac find that the fillers in medications can cause a reaction, and sometimes our bodies just process things weirdly. That "rebound muscle pain" and "burning feet" you described sounds awful and is a huge red flag. It's frustrating enough managing the diet without medication causing setbacks. So sorry you're dealing with this, but you're definitely on the right track by connecting the dots. You can search this site for prescriptions medications, but will need to know the manufacturer/maker if there is more than one, especially if you use a generic version of the medication: To see the ingredients you will need to click on the correct version of the medication and maker in the results, then scroll down to "Ingredients and Appearance" and click it, and then look at "Inactive Ingredients," as any gluten ingredients would likely appear there, rather than in the Active Ingredients area. https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/

It's so tough when you're doing everything right and still get hit with it. I'm glad you're figuring out a system that works for you—the peppermint tea and rehydration powders are smart moves. It sounds like you've really learned to listen to your body, and that's half the battle. Sticking to simple, safe food at home is the best way to build yourself back up. It's great you can take the time to rest properly. Thanks for sharing what works; it's a big help to others figuring this out too. This article, and the comments below it, may be helpful:

I am so sorry you're going through this. It's bad enough to fight for a diagnosis and manage this disease, but to have your partner use it as a weapon against you is truly devastating. What you're describing isn't just a lack of support; it's abuse, full stop. Controlling your food and money is cruel, and his pleasure in your misery is chilling. Please hear this: the kindness from that woman at the food pantry is what you deserve. It's a glimpse of the real world, where people care. You deserve to eat, to heal, and to have peace. His actions are the biggest barrier to your health right now, and you are not broken—you are surviving in an impossible situation. Don't give up on that lifeline you've found.
