Amy, how did the cookies turn out? Do they taste like the girl scout cookies? We're dying to hear!!! :)

I haven't had Samoas in years. As far as I can tell they are sooo much the same. We (me and my husband) ate 24 in one night! I don't know if we'll make them very often to avoid that. Also, we had to make them lactose and egg free. My mother who is not celiac loved them as well. They are definately worth a try! I used a recipe for the Girl Scout Shortbread cookie also on recipezaar and just subed in my flour mix. They turned out wonderful. My girls love them by themselves.

Oo! Oo! Oo! I found something that would work for this SOOOO well.

At our local natural food store they carry a line of cookies called Sunstart. It says Wheat Free, but under that it says "Cookies made from ingredients naturally free from gluten and wheat" (emphasis their's). I just notice that part the other day.

The sunstart cookies are available at WAl-mart for all those that have one near by. If I remember right they are about 3 something a box.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
