The ingredients look safe - but I was wondering if anyone knew for sure. If not, are there any other fruit snacks that are gluten free?

Good question! I've eaten them several times and never had a reaction, but I'm not 100% certain.

My son loves the Florida's Natural fruit snacks (OK, me too). They all have a high percentage of fruit/fruit juice in them. We especially love the sour strings. These snacks actually say gluten free on the package and I made sure to write them and thank them for it. The only place I have found them so far is Target.

Their website is located at ausomesnacknaturally.com.

Gushers is a General Mills company, and they will list their gluten.

Thanks!

Appreciate all the input. I'm going to Target this week - I'll take a look for those fruit snacks, too!

The only General Mills fruit snacks that I have found to have gluten are the "Twistables" that are like licorice and also there are some roll-up ones called Air-Head Extremes that are listed as containing wheat. We do not buy the Gushers anymore, but not because of gluten it was for dental reasons!

My kids had a LOT of dental problems before going gluten free and all of them had mouths full of temporary crowns on their baby teeth from so much damage due to the weakened enamel. The gushers were so much more sticky than the regular fruit snacks and my kids kept popping off their crowns! Their dentist is 45 minutes away and I will not allow them to eat the gushers. We do allow all falvors of the General Mills Fruit Roll Ups and Fruit by the Foot, and all of the shapes. A lot of Kellogg's fruit snacks are gluten free too. My kids love the Yogos and the Yogos Rollers.
