This is not really a big deal in the big scheme of things, but I noticed I didn't get an eyeshodow brush with my mini eyecolor kit.

I looked today on the website for customer service nof and I didn't see any phone number to call. Can anyone direct me to it??

Thanks ladies.

Do they seriously have a lip gloss called "Missing Socks?" Um...I'd rather put car smell on my cheeks than socks on my lips.:huh: LOL

dlp252 Apprentice

Yep, missing socks is right up there with new car smell in my world, lol.

Green12 Enthusiast

Nobody saw my post about contacting customer service? harumph!

I saw the Missing Socks, very bad name choice.

Spring Berries sounds lovely, must go check it out.....

Donna, cute train case :)

dlp252 Apprentice

Oh, sorry Julie...I actually DID see that question but didn't know the answer. Bet Birdy knows, lol. You may have to email them.

juliem,

I do believe that email is the only way to get in touch with Everyday Minerals.

Green12 Enthusiast

That's ok Donna, I would say my post got Bev'd, but wrong thread

juliem,

I do believe that email is the only way to get in touch with Everyday Minerals.

Thanks ohsotired for the info. I was looking all over the site and I just saw a place to leave feedback, I didn't know if that got posted to the public or not so I didn't want to do that, I didn't even see an email address

Birdy, when you check in could you please pass on how you contacted them?

ohsotired, do you also use EM??

juliem,

They have a 'Live Chat Support' listed on their website that's open M-F 8am-5pm, but I didn't see any way to access that. Odd.

I think the Feedback link is their email support, as it has options for Feedback, General & Issues. I'll see if I can track down an email address for you on their Delphi Forum (if it's still active - haven't been there in a while).

I have never tried EM, though I've thought about it. I don't wear makeup very often these days, but when I do it's from some mineral makeup companies that are much like EM. I use Open Original Shared Link, Open Original Shared Link, Open Original Shared Link, and Open Original Shared Link plus some other companies that I've sampled from. I haven't checked these other companies for the presence of gluten, but every single one of them has fabulous customer service and lists their ingredients right on their website. If you go to check them out.......watch out, it's really easy to become addicted to sampling their wonderful products! I should know, I have a cabinet stashed full of samples to prove it! ;)

Edited to Add: I found *an* email address, but I don't even know if it's still active since I know they made some changes recently. It's faqinfo@everydayminerals.com

I also found a phone number that's supposed to be for their shipping department - 512-351-9725

Good luck! Hope that helps!

nutralady2001 Newbie

I checked out the train case too........very cute! Put it on my "wishlist" LOL

Oh and Sheer Cover which they advertise here ad nauseum costs nearly $60.00 a month !

Thanks again ohsotired :)

ShadowSwallow Newbie

I emailed them at support@everydayminerals.com. I'd try both that and info@everydayminerals.com. I didn't have any luck with the live chat.

I have revisited the pressed powder and I am in love with them. I think it was the pearl stuff that was making me look weird lol. What i do is put on a thin layer of the pressed then i use the blush brush to put on a think layer of foundation, then use the kabuki for another thin layer and my makeup looks awesome. I think i just had too many layers of other things that got in the way lol

paula

dlp252 Apprentice

Still no love here for the pressed powders, lol. I'm keeping one, but am giving away the lighter one.

Girls, I came one step away from being kicked out of the cult, lol. I actually ALMOST didn't put ANY makeup on today to come to work. :o Just didn't feel good, BUT I managed to get on some silk dust and a light dusting of foundation and a little blush. That's it. Oh and lip gloss. Phew, I think I may be safely still in the cult. :P

 Uh-oh......if that's cult status.......I'd better slink away real quite like.

I don't wear makeup that often right now.....I imagine I'll eventually get into the routine of wearing it more though.

Hi @Atl222 As @trents points out, there could be many reasons for this biopsy result.  I am interested to know, is your gastroenterologist concerned?  Also, are your blood tests showing steady improvement over the years? I remember when I had my last biopsy, several years after diagnosis, mine came back with with raised lymphocytes but no villous damage, too! In my own case, my consultant wasn't remotely concerned - in fact, he said I might still get this result even if all I ever did was eat nothing but rice and water.   My coeliac blood tests were still steadily improving, albeit slowly, which was reassuring.

Welcome to the celiac.com community, @Atl222! Yes, your increased lymphocytes could be in response to oats or it could possibly be cross contamination from gluten that is getting into your diet from some unexpected source but not enough to damage the villi. And I'm certain that increased lymphocytes can be caused by other things besides celiac disease or gluten/oats exposure. See attachment. But you might try eliminating oats to start with and possibly dairy for a few months and then seek another endoscopy/biopsy to see if there was a reduction in lymphocyte counts.

This is a solid, well-reasoned approach. You’re right that “koji” by itself doesn’t indicate gluten status, and the risk really does come down to which grain is used to culture it. The fact that you directly contacted Eden Foods and received a clear statement that their koji is made from rice only, with no wheat or barley, is meaningful due diligence—especially since Eden has a long-standing reputation for transparency. While the lack of gluten labeling can understandably give pause, manufacturer confirmation like this is often what people rely on for traditionally fermented products. As always, trusting your body after trying it is reasonable, but based on the information you gathered, your conclusion makes sense.

Seven months can still be early in celiac healing, especially if you were mostly asymptomatic to begin with—symptoms like low iron, vitamin D deficiency, nail changes, and hair issues often take much longer to improve because the gut needs time to recover before absorption normalizes. A tTG-IgA of 69 is not “low” in terms of immune activity, and it can take 12–24 months (sometimes longer) for antibodies and the intestinal lining to fully heal, particularly in teens and young adults. Eating gluten again to “test” things isn’t recommended and won’t give you clear answers—it’s far more likely to cause harm than clarity. Weight not changing is also very common in celiac and doesn’t rule anything out. Please know that your frustration and sadness matter; this adjustment is hard, and feeling stuck can really affect mental health. You deserve support, and if you can, reaching out to a GI dietitian or mental health professional familiar with chronic illness could really help you through this phase. This study indicates that a majority of celiacs don't recover until 5 years after diagnosis and starting a gluten-free diet: Mucosal recovery and mortality in adults with celiac disease after treatment with a gluten-free diet However, it's also possible that what the study really shows is the difficulty in maintaining a 100% gluten-free diet. I suspect that if you looked closely at the diets of those who did not recover within 2 years might be that their diets were not 100% gluten-free. Perhaps they ate out more often, or didn't understand all of the hidden ingredients where gluten can hide. Either way, it shows how difficult recovery from celiac disease can be for most people. According to this study: This article explores other causes of flattened villi:
