I did. I had gas pain and bloating and sometimes D. I now use Lactaid milk and Lactaid caplets and am fine. Try those. If if is LI, it will help!

I have been on the diet for a little over a year. I use lactaid caplets when eating cheese. I just had a ham and cheese melt of corn tortillas for lunch. If I wouldnt have taken the tablet, I would feel gassy and bloated. Milk has never made me nauseous. Try the Lactaid caplets with a little cheese and see if it helps. All you can do is try it out and see if it works for you.

I knew maybe for 5 years that I was milk intolerant. After i drank a cup of milk, I imediately, or after 15-20 minutes ran to the bethroom(regular, or D). I also had huge pimples like teenagers a day after and bloathing-gas. Just from May 2010 I know that I might have celiac disease.

At the beginning doctors didn't believe that I was sick and I went to my allergologist. She tested me for milk and wheat. I'm possitive for milk allergy. I can't have any milk, cheese, yogurt... I need to watch milk protein - casein everywhere.

And Gluten free things too.

I remember that I bought 2-3 times Lactaid milk, but I always drank only a cup or two. I also had nausea. I never finished the milk. It always ended up in the sink.

I'm fairly newly self- dx'd w/ both gluten (if not celiac)& dairy intolerances. A few hours after eating dairy, I get gas, burping, intestinal irritation. i really need to tyr Lactaid, but living on a tight income, that's yet another thing I can't afford :(. I am hoping that, since the dairy intolerance is something that come up in the last year or two, that it will go away after a while.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
