Hey guys just wondering who all has these same symptoms as me:

Anemia

Fluid retentionn (my 26 inch waist went to 38 almost overnight)

Brain fog / blurry vision

Underweight

Constantly hungry

pooping blood

stomach cramps when standing or moving stomach muscles

Craving meat

Some of these I have resolved but during my bad times those are the worst things I had when I had them. Anyone else have similar issues?

Well, I didn't have them all- but between my two kids and I, we covered all of the above! I had the first 3, 8 year old son had the next 3, plus anemia, 13 year old daughter had the last two. Its been 10 months, and the worst have resolved.

if you have bloody stools you should get a colonoscopy asap. It could indicate internal bleeding as in tumor or ulcerative colitis. However if the blood is bright red you could be bleeding from a hemmoroid or fissure. In any event get it chkd out.

I had a strange symptom. I have frequent bowel movements, three before I could leave my house in the morning to go to work. Occasional abdominal cramps, nothing to write home about. A rash on both wrists and some fingers. I am a nurse so we initially thought it was the frequent hand washing...then latex gloves...then I was told it was anxiety. I stopped eating some gluten products and it improved but did not go away. Since Christmas I have been very strict. My right wrist is completely cleared (minus the severe scars) my left wrist has one small open area which I expect will be clear within a few days. this past week I had one of the most stressful moments in my career and the rash did not increase!!!! Any one else out there with this terribly itchy rash?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and to Celiac. I have some of your symptoms, I have anemia, fluid retention, diarrhea, weight gain, flatulence. However, I'm wondering if anyone has had a runny nose and headache. As soon as I eat any kind of bread, cracker, ice cream, yogurt, cereal my nose starts running like crazy and then I get the headache. So I checked the ice cream and yogurt ingredients and they both contain gluten. I have no idea where to start.

Are you in the US? Sometimes here there is gluten in an ice cream, but usually not except cookie flavors. but I haven't found any yogurts with it ( except maybe those ones with the little topping packs). What yogurt was it?

It was a greek yogurt and it did have fruit with a thickened syrup.

It had wheat in it? Malt? Do you remember the brand so people can be warned? I know it wasn't Fage. They have the split cups but they even say gluten-free on the website.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
