  5. i started having problems with legumes and dairy once i got comfortable with gluten-free diet. i think once your body heals up, it becomes more sensitive to the things that bother it, and reacts more strongly...just my thought though

Once you get everything out of your system, it will be a lot easier to NOT want to cheat, as you will probably be more sensitive to anything you come in contact with.   19. I used to buy the walmart brand chips before going DF. They're great I also used Nestle with no problems.

  22. What spices are you intolerant to? All of them? If you're worried about contamination from dried herbs and such, you can always grow a tiny herb garden, it's really easy! Even doable on the windowsill in the kitchen. That way you can still flavor your foods without risking CC. How did you find out about all your intolerances? Just curious, trying to figure...

  24. i don't know as far as detox, but i know the thing that helps my tummy feel the best is a bowl of chicken and rice soup. i also drink lots of herbal teas and tons of water. and i carry around a hot bean bag with me
