  1. before i went gluten free i had horrible night sweats! it was very annoying, and my husband complained too. i don't think i sweat anymore at night. at least, i haven't noticed. maybe it did have something to do with the diet change.
  2. That is such a bummer! I have found it's very difficult to go out depending on a place to be gluten-free. So I like to do research before going...calling the place, looking things up online, etc. Good luck!

  9. It's tough for me...espeically w/ the severe depression. I have found that I am doing better now in school than I did when I was working. Although 4 years ago when I first went to school....I flunked out ....I think having some positive motivators (quotes, books, photos) around the house helps. And setting aside rewards for when I get stuff done. I try to...

  14. so, i don't know if this is related to my antibiotics or if it's gluten or dairy related...but my stomach has been aching the last two days, and that's about the only symptom, beside bloating (or else i'm getting fatter ). I feel kinda shaky too, but i don't think it's blood sugar related. Usually when I'm glutened, I get bad gas and C...now I feel more...

  21. I'll see what I can do...
  22. Welcome! OMG what an ordeal! Some of your symptoms sound like me. I've always had bad teeth. I had lots of leg pains as a child too! One suggestion. If you do go off gluten, and get tested, this usually results in a negative result, as your intestines begin to heal. I suggest either waiting on the gluten-free diet, getting the test done ASAP, or just self...
  23. hm, i don't know. i have a bottle, just haven't used it yet. but i've never had a problem from GV brand foods that claim gluten-free...sorry, not much help here! hope you feel better
  24. Nova, I defintely feel this way when I ingest gluten. And yes, it is very common to have a false negative. Your intestines may not have had the time to absorb all the damage visibly, or it's just the fact that the test is rather inaccurate. I tell everyone w/ a negative result--just do what helps you feel your best. There is no harm in living a gluten free...
  25. Lol! I like to tease my husband about being a glutenivore Or if he wants toast, I'll tell him to get his own gluten!
