    I'm not going to get into an argument about super sensitivity. However, I haven't heard of any home test that can accurately and reliably test to 1 ppm. Those concerned with this small an amount usually eat little to no processed foods, including certified gluten-free foods.

    You probably got some crumbs from the nuggets in the sauce. The nuggets are not gluten-free.

    You have been around long enough to know that that is a site for super, extra sensitives. I believe they even tested it for gluten and it was negative.

    Have you seen tomato manufacturing plants? They aren't making bread there. They can't make anything but tomato products on those lines.

    Probably. You need to take your diagnosis ( get a note from your doctor) and go to the Student Disabilities office and insist on safe food if you must pay for it.

    This thread is 3 years old. Different labs have different ranges. You need to look at your blood test results based on the range of the lab that tests it. A simple explanation to think of is - one measures in centimeters and the other in inches.

    Just want to say that missed periods/ infertility, constipation, abdominal pain are not atypical. They are very common.     One problem with taking digestive enzymes after you have accidentally eaten gluten is that you usually don't know for a few hours or more. By then the gluten has been as digested as it will be and has moved on down. I guess if you ate something and found out soon after - an enyzme that could dissolve the gluten protein might lessen the impact of the gluten...
