    Robots bit doing too well. It gets a little better each match. Too bad we only get 10..... By 19 or 20 it would be great.     Bus ride went well. Really a different trip than with a HS boys sports team! These kids will actually chat and include adults in thier conversations and activities. Way to smart tho!

    If its a minor child, I would consider caling the Dept of Family Services or whatever it's called where you live. Depends on where you live, but some will prosecute for medical negligence.     Just be careful. That can get confusing - keeping the batches separate. Do they need food when you aren't home? You could freeze it with a big piece of tape saying not gluten-free & thaw it for them when you will be gone. That would get it out of circulation & away from the new " clean" batch.

    That darn MALT! What is wrong with good old fashioned sugar! I think most everyone makes that mistake several times. I'm running to look at the Newman's we have but I think the one we have is OK.

    You could put them in any kind of soup. There are recipes for soups with sweet potato all over the Internet.

    Maybe they would like non breakfast foods? The first time I told my son he can have left- over pizza, grilled cheese, quesidillas, left over hamburger, etc for breakfast - he was excited. Do they really like milk on cereal? Lots of kids would rather eat to straight. You could even mix several flavors, nuts & raisians.

    The Celiac Center at the Univ of Chicago does free blood testing in October. They sent me a postcard about it and it said you must have 3 months on a "regular" gluten diet.

    If you want to get tested. you need to continue eating gluten for the tests. You could get a dermatologist to biopsy the "hives" to see if they are DH, the skin manifestation of Celiac.
