jenvan replied to ILOVEOMC's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Here are some sites I like. I'm a hard-core online shopper--love it. My favorite ready made gluten-free bread here is the italian white tapioca. Know that the bread ships frozen and you need to put it in the freezer soon after delivery. They have a flat $10 shipping rate, so better to stock up. www.kinnikinnick.com/ gluten-free Pantry--I like... -

I didn't see much here on the boards about echinacea... And I was wondering what the consensus was… I took it before diagnosis and loved it, but my understanding it is not okay to take with an autoimmune disease. I wondered though, if one is gluten-free would it be okay. Thoughts?

jenvan replied to blueshift's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Lisa, have you been gluten-free for about 2 1/2 months now? Do you feel a great deal of improvement with your symptoms otherwise? If so I might try another banana...but if the improvement is slow to moderate, I might give myself more time before trying a banana again. Someone people are able to eat foods they weren't able to previous to being diagnosed... -
