I lost a lot of weight before diagnosis so my doctor said he expected me to gain weight... I DID NOT!!   11. Many people respond to Niacin with the 'flushing'.. apparently you are one of them.. You'll have to find the B12 sublinguals that are just that, no niacin.

Vegetarian/gluten free I am not vegetarian anymore because of the Celiac but I'm visiting my son and family in July for an extended visit and they are and I don't eat meat when I'm there.   21. I am going to guess that you got some gluten somewhere at the Church dinner. If you had a virus/infection you'd most likely have more symptoms. I would keep an eye on it for the next few days and be ultra careful with staying away from gluten and I'm betting it goes away!   23. Any list of gluten free foods will tell you to stay away from blue cheese because of just that. Other cheeses should not contain gluten if they are natural cheeses and not processed or spreads.
