  13. Not sure what that means....Everyone has a chance to respond. This is a "forum". This is what happens, hon---. people reply and they all have a right to express their opinions. (even if we all disagree, there is room for discussion) I am glad you find me a voice of "calm" and I am sorry you cannot see the screen to tell who is the poster that you...

  16. It does appear that OPA was sort of jumped on at the beginning (what you do not know is he had a poll attached to it with questions ) but no one else has" bashed" OPA en masse--. I do not really see that anywhere. He did want to know what we thought and he got our thoughts and he has since said This topic was debunked. It was labeled a "might be a...
  17. This. Is. Me. I take no meds (before DX, I was on a dozen or so that did nothing for me) and I have no faith in doctors. I am lucky I have one celiac-savvy GI now. If not for my own persistence, I'd be dead now.

  19. When I had kidney pain and stones, it hurt like the beejepers and I had vomiting. It was constant, though, not intermittent and it did not resolve until I passed the stones. I LOVES my oats--They make me "right as rain...
  23. cowering lettuce ...<snort> I am probably one of the few who does NOT allow her red gravy to simmer all day long. An old Italian woman in the North End of Boston told me to stop doing that when I was a young married thing and I was working part time in a bar near the Boston Garden while teaching at Northeastern and going to grad school.
