  1. Have you tried water theraphy? I've heard that helps with nerve issues.
  2. i go out to a local steak house. It does not have a gluten-free menu however the staff is very knowledgable. It also helps that i go right when they open at 4pm, when their brigh eyed and busheytailed.

  4. I've never had a problem with bisquick. If you react to premade mixes perhaps it is SOMETHING in those mixes that could be setting you off (ie: some use soy and other such products)

  19. i understand that. I had IBS and Whatnot (what my doctor originally called my problems), then i got really sick and they said it was just a "virus" or it was just, god forbid, my mind playing tricks on me. Eventually was diagnosed after 4 months of hell + how many years i suffered with D.

  21. Montana wow XD (i used to live there and been through those citys before i was DX'd) Well, your best bet would be to raid a food store as soon as you get there and stock up on snacks. I do know that Outback steakhouse has a gluten free menu.
  22. ^^^^ this. I eat very few processed things now since being gluten free (rice chex is my favorite). And i prefer it! I used to crave pastas and whatnot, now its changed to meat and veggies XD (i'm not complaining)

  24. cornstarch is good enough for me You can also add cream to the gravy to have creamy gravy.
