    When my oldest daughter was 6 she chased me around my mother's yard with a snake. I was probably shrieking like a little girl, all I actually remember was the panic. I ran in the house and my mother forbid her to bring the snake in the house. What is up with little girls and snakes? EWWW!!!!

    I know you said you sent an email to the company, but you could just call. The number listed on their site is 800-800-4793 and you can prevent sitting around waiting until Monday if they don't get back to you by the end of the day today. Sometimes it is better just to make the phone call because piece of mind is worth whatever time it takes up.

    I like to freeze and reheat anything that is mildly resembling a casserole. I have an army of pyrex so I usually just make it right into serving size dishes that can go straight in the oven.     I guess I'm spoiled. I grew up with my mom at least attempting to teach me to cook. One of the things she actually did well was meatballs and she just always threw things in a bowl on top of meat til it looked good. She also makes killer mac & cheese.     We all have our moments. My husband knows that I love him dearly to do things like make him some of my favorite foods that I don't dare touch. Not that I'll exactly be suffering with my dinner.     I agree about calling the hospital. There is no reason at all to pay the price they put on the bills without negotiating them, that is just crazy. As for what you can do to be safe?
