  1. I recently read in "The Cure for All Diseases" by DR. Hulda Clark PH.D. N.D. that parasite like to hang out on the lower left. Maybe you should be checked for Parasites. It said the intestine takes a bend there. Diana
  2. Here I go again. I think I am going through the same old series of happenings that I go through every time I begin a new phase of attempting to heal. I begin: New supplements : New diet change or : New excercise plan I begin with enthusiasm. I feel better. I get overwhelmed with the work, but I go on hoping that I can maintain the really...
  3. I at this point am actually *hoping* it's celiac because that at least points to a solution, and a relatively simple one at that. I'm pretty sure the energy problems and pain I get really *aren't* normal, and I've been sort of in denial about that for a long time. If it's not celiac, that means there's some other cause, and I'm already very, very tired...
  4. My MD made a diagnosis based on a genetic test, which you can do without eating gluten, and my observations when going gluten free. We have since verified some damage by a nutrient absorption test and food intolerance tests. Diana
  5. Are you taking some B vitamins, or have you found you are deficient in anything? My fatigue improves by better nutrition. I haven't ever tried sleeping for as long as my body wanted ,, because I perceive I would still feel the fatigue if it was there. I also have responsibilities to perform as most of us do. The fatigue goes away and comes back spontaneously...
  6. Coming from a supersenstive and long term battle background, I would say that if you know you can't tolerate gluten, don't eat it. I was diagnosed by changes when going gluten free and a genetic test. I now found out by a nutrition evaluation thatI have damage that might be from celiac, aloholism (I don't drink), or parasites. In other words we are turning...
  7. Get well, yes, get well!
  8. Thanks, something seems to be working. I quit eating buckwheat that was cross contaminated, started a rotational diet, began pancreatic enzymes, and got different vitamin B12. Dare I get a little gitty? Not yet.
  9. Thanks, there is some in my supplements. But I did find out that I needed some pancreatic enzymes perhaps that will help. Diana
  10. The MD said that Celluitis would have a very hard knob in it somewhere. The rash was of unknown origen. She thought it could be an allergic reaction or a bug bite. I would like to say that it is winter in MN and there are very few bugs around. Nobody else has bites. I received some steroid cream to put on it. I am saving it incase it worsens, but today...
  11. It stopped spreading and is drying. I think I remember another rash that was evidentally clean out in the past. It acted simalar. I will give this a day or two and then see where it goes. I am feeling okay besides it.
  12. It was different this morning. Not better. My chiro has a gluten problem herself, so she does have some personal experience with it. She also has professional training in rashes. She is also a friend. The rash has spread some. It is puffy to the max and has started off down my leg. It definatly burns especially when I sit on it. Sometimes a rash...
  13. Last evening something felt a little change on my rear- end -cheek. I looked in order to see three huge red welts on my bottom. Over another hour the number of welts increased to four. This morning the welts were" gone," but it looked rather like bright red sandpaper on that "cheek". The area is about the size and shape of the palm of my hand. It doesn...
  14. Thanks.cavernio I think the buckwheat is a factor for me. I also think I am working on healing as I have 30 years of damage. I began last April, I believe. I was hoping I wouldn't have to call companies and ask about other things processed, but that is pretty much where I am now. I have used my own mill in the past, but I set it aside when...
  15. Get Well Soon. *** Diana
  16. Fructose is the sugar in fruit. All, or nearly all of fruits contain it. I think it is in honey also. Be leary of fruit juices for sure! People breed fruit to be as high as possible in fructose. So far as I know I am not intolerant of it, but I am extremely careful with fruit. I think of having bites rather than whole fruits. Diana
  17. I feel fatigue and fogginess if I don't get enough Vitamin B 12. Di
  18. I found that I was not deficient in glutamine, so I guess I have enough of it. My son (10)takes 2 tsp of powder. He needs to finish 1 pound or 500 grams. Then he will be done. The adult dose on the package is 1 tsp 3X a day.
  19. I have hypo glycemia I have known for years, and am used to avoiding sugar. If I have sugar my bladder is irritated the next day. It probably causes fatigue also, but I have never thought about it or tried it alone.
  20. I can't say that I would want to be told I look awful, or could I? I hope to send flowers to anyone in this spot.
  21. oh, I guess it is not my cat then. I am missing her. She is an indoor cat. She disappeared last evening when we were bringing a load of beef in the house. She didn't appear for two feeding times. We have looked all over the house. I even looked in the freezers and refrigerater, but so far we have not found her.
  22. Thanks for reporting back. I am glad for a definative diagnosis. Sorry that you have been incovenienced by this. Hopefull, you are now recovering well. Diana
  23. Yeah, changing everything you eat is scary. However, most people can eat meat, vegetables, and fruit which they have been eating. For almost everything you can find substitutes. Work to make the changes, but give yourself time to adjust. Sorry, you were surprised by this news, but glad you found out while there was time to heal. Yes, you might have...
  24. Eggs are good for cholesteral levels. They contain lecithin which raises the good cholesterol and lowers the bad, I believe. I don't feel shy about eggs any more. Not that you have to, but look into it if you still like eggs! I suffered along while also and tried to eat very healthy. I didn't realize the whole grain breads I was downing to get enough...
  25. I had some fatigue and lack of energy. I found out I had had both corn and wheat. Things I was eating were cross contaminated.
