  2. There is a PF Chang's in Atlanta. Also, Chick-Fil-A lists their gluten free items on line (all of these places depend on your level of comfort with cross contamination, but their fries are supposed to be fried in dedicated fryers) There are some other options that I never went to (I lived in Auburn, AL for two years, one of which was my first gluten...
  3. Hello and welcome to the board! We are happy to have you. I don't know much about diverticulitis (spelled with a V, not a . My grandmother has it, but I don't know much about it. 4. Marlene, I am so terribly sorry that you are going through all this! I could sense the desperation in your posts. Unfortunately, we can symphathize all too well. 5. From what I understand, Optimum Health used to be called York Labs and they were around for a long time...have been advertised on this site for as long as I can remember. here are some links on celiac.com about it: https://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodi...-30106230005.1e https://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodi...-30106230005.1e https://www...
  6. Hellman's Mayo is gluten free. Distilled vinegar is gluten free. Now, if you are reacting (which, you don't say that you are, necessarily), it is beyond the gluten free status; some people react to vinegar for other reasons. Also, you might need to be re-scoped....higher numbers for extended periods of time can be indicative of refractory celiac. I...

  8. Ana, Welcome to the board! I am happy you have found us. I just have a few minutes to write, so this will be short, but I wanted to get you some information. I'm not sure what else your doctor is looking for....you had the positive gliadin test---that is a marker for Celiac!!! What else was he expecting? The Celiac panel is to test for Celiac...

  10. A great article I just found, written by a Cincinnati doc Open Original Shared Link
  11. hannahsue, have you been tested for eosinophillic disorders? I just learned about them (I have recurring issues beyond Celiac, long story) and am being tested for them. The reason that made me say this is that you said you have a high white blood cell count and I think that is related to it (but I am just learning). Either way, they are a family of diseases...
