    My local supermarket placed the barley flour in the 'free from' section. They looked surprised that it was not a healthy choice, and that barley is not so popular with us gluten-free ers.     Hey I am so excited. I just had a NORMAL day!!!!! I looked after both kids at home while one got over a bug, did 3 loads of washing, 2 runs of dishwasher, cooked meals, made Christmas decorations with kids, made calls, tidied up.
