    Regarding Pinning: kabtoyssni is correct. A moderator will look at a post, make sure that it is placed in the right category, the contents are within that category and insure that no spamming or advertising on the site occurred. They will then pinn the topic.

    I have both the Restaurant Guide and the Dining Cards. I would recommend both. The cards come in five languages and wonderful in Chinese and Mexican Restaurants. It eliminates much of the language confusion. When I travel, I know what Dining options I have that either have a gluten free menu or celiac friendly.

    Humm... Last time I checked at Sams the Rot. Chicken listed wheat flour. That was several months ago and perhaps they changed their ingredience. Never-the-less it is always good to read labels.

    Since the most doctors are not too familiar with Celiac, they often send us on our ways to fend for ourselves. I find this a terrible thing to do, but it does happen. Going gluten free if totally overwhelming. Everyone here started at the beginning. It will take some time for your intestines to heal and the longer you are on the diet the better you...
