  1. I have tried so many natural deoderants without any luck. But finally Nature's Gate has come to my rescue. I don't smell anymore.
  2. I know what you mean. My cat has a chicken allergy, so he's very limited. In addition, he's extremely picky. He'll like a food for a few weeks and then decide nope, I don't like it anymore.
  3. One of my cats has been hospitalized at the vet since the weekend. He's on an IV and was extremely jaundiced and dehydrated. The recall was announced yesterday, so now my vet has an answer as to why his liver was failing. Yes, both my cats were on Natural Balance Green Pea & Venison dry food. Nothing to do with having no gluten, he has a chicken allergy...
  4. Okay, someone correct me if I'm wrong. MSG is gluten-free, so you can eat it if you want. There are other reasons not to though, but that's for a whole other discussion.

  9. It could be that you have other intolerances such as dairy, soy and/or nightshades. Some people can't tolerate these foods while their intestines are healing. Possibly this makes these foods exit your system too quickly. Or, maybe your intestines are still healing and in time the vegetables will be digested fully. It's kind of a "wait and see" or "trial...

Hair regrowth takes some time, but mine is much thicker than it used to be. Also, I am not turning grey anymore.   15. If you blood is bright red, most likely it is from the hemmroids. If your blood is dark red than it is from further up, i.e. rectum or colon. Cramping and mucous can both be from gluten. Did you eat anything different?
  16. Thanks for posting this. I've been wanting to try Liberty brand Kefir for a long time. I'm always paranoid about trying new brands because of my gluten fear! LOL

  18. I love the Food Network. I love food too even if it must be gluten-free. Giada, Jamie Oliver, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Michael Smith (Canadian), and Nigella are my most favourite. But, lets not forget Iron Chef (the original) and Iron Chef America. I admit it I like everyone on this network. Okay, I think I watch this network too often!
  19. Do you mean coffee made in a French Press? The taste depends on the coffee you use. Also, I think the taste is a personal preference.

  21. I blush all the time too. But, you know what I don't really care anymore. I know it happens and I may look stupid, but I just try to ignore it and it doesn't bother me too much. Trust me I blush at the grocery store checkout, every interview..... Before I was gluten-free I really got self conscious about blushing, but now it is just who I am. Try...
  22. I used to take warm baths every night when I used to have fissures. I didn't put anything in the bath, just water. The doctor prescribed some medication that I used internally, but I can't remember the name of it and I'm not really sure if it helped. I haven't had a fissure since being gluten-free. I hope you start to feel better.

  24. I was eating the Primo Taglio Imported Swiss cheese and now I know why I got sick. It's not gluten-free.
