  1. What a sweetie
  2. Armetta-- That's great! I'm glad you came up with something you liked. Sometimes (no, most of the time) we have to get creative and play around with things to get the clost to the taste we remember.
  3. Lister Your kitty is so cute! Hope you're feeling better today
  4. I don't use it at all in my grain free (potato starch) cookies.
  5. Get ready to buy him new shoes! Whenever my boys would start eating like that, my husband would always say--uh oh, time for new shoes--and he was usually right! I see a growth spurt in your future.... About the coconut--keep it away from me Actually, what my grandpa taught us to do is--take a hammer and long (washed) nail and hammer a hole to...
  6. Andrea-- You were actually half right! I believe (and I'm no expert, here) that IgG is also called "delayed food allergy"--but the symptoms are really those of intolerance, not classic allergy.
  7. There is one that I know is *not* gluten-free. My T Fine Butterscotch--I verified that by phone--beware!
  8. Love it!
  9. So glad you liked it, Tracy!
  10. And I've been known to bite my nails from time to time
  11. Hi Ashley! Hope you're having a great 16th so far
  12. Hi Donna--welcome to the board! I don't know how things work in Canada. Here, it takes about 2 weeks--give or take. I hope you get your results soon--and your post was just fine!
  13. Ravenwood, So you decided to keep the cute grey kitty that used to be your avatar? I remember you said that you weren't sure what you were going to do--I'm glad you kept him! What's his name?
  14. Freezing is so much easier--which is why I do it I use McIntosh apples (I think they make the best applesauce). I peel, slice and cook in a big pot with a little water or cider. I cook covered until the apples start to disigrate, then cook uncovered until it's the way I like it. After it's done, I sprinkle with cinnamon, and stir. Yea--fresh...
  15. Back when I was new here, I was shocked when I found out he was 14! I couldn't believe it
  16. Hi I have a mouth guard that was made for me about a year before I was diagnosed. I never asked, but I don't believe they could have any gluten in them--they're acryllic. There would be no reason to put any gluten ingredients in it that I could see. Having said that, I did worry a little about using it after I went gluten-free because I had used...
  17. Looks like fun! He's getting so big, Vincent.
  18. Nini What a nice story! I'm so happy that Gizmo and you all found each other! Gizmo--what a cute name I can't wait to see pictures--your daughter must be so excited!

  21. Well, it's 10 after 10 and I'm still up!!! Now I'll get to spend a few minutes with all you night owls.
  22. Hi Susan, Thought I'd weigh in here, too! I can't be of much help, but I can offer hugs and good thoughts I think that finally being gluten-free may have played around a bit with some of your levels. Good advice to check into thyroid, etc. Things change when we start absorbing again. Sometimes things get worse before they get better--you know...
  23. Armetta-- I'm sorry, I realized that we never answered the question of frothing the milk here in your thread! In case you didn't see it, Carla was able to froth almond milk. That, coupled with Vincent's suggestions on "mocha", should help some. It only took 3 days and 2 threads
  24. That's great, Jenny! I'm happy for you--and your customers
  25. Funniest thing I've heard all day!
