    I had a pretty nice dinner at The Ritz this weekend. I enjoyed the seafood appetizer with horseradish and shrimp sauce, the lobster salad, and the shrimp c%$#$tail. The lamb was ok.     Since I had the rest of the mix to use, I decided to use buttermilk instead of milk and that seemed to help mask the arrowroot flavor. Much better. Now, if I could just stop getting bloated after I eat gluten free baked goods![/color]!
