    gluten-free foods I've tried lately: GlutenFreeda's frozen cookies- forgot the name of the flavor- something w/pb & ch chips- Ok, but 140 cal/ea. and I think they taste better frozen, just the dough, which is probably how I'll eat the rest of them.     If you want something with flavor, most thai food places make pad thai. It's not as exotic as is sounds. It can be made vegetarian style or with chicken or shrimp. I got the most expensive gift ever- a $25 gift cert. to Kohl's!! and six more from students I have yet to open-- will tell on my blog after x-mas.     I got glutened at Chic-Fil-A because there was a zucchini fried something or other in the bottom of my fries. On the West coast here, we have In-N-Out. Their fries aren't as good as McD's were back when I could eat them... I've never eaten Wendy's Fries. Love the chili (i order it with onions) and the potato, and frosty!

    I reacted to IBC...boyfriend unwittingly gave it to me...he'd never noticed that when I actually order soda (I'm not big on it), that I ask the brand... Also-- I watched a TV show on the Food Network and it showed how they make good old fashioned root beer and it had barley or something major like that in there! I was so ticked!
