i survived my first 'date' in about 12 years (unless you count Rachelle and Jesse). It was a very weird experience.

he's a nice guy. Tries to avoid grain because he thinks humans aren't meant to eat it. Is much better at conversation than I am. It's just odd to casually meet up and talk to someone when you have all the "potential" choosing your words for you. A lot like job interviews, really, but with a less lucrative, albeit more enjoyable, outcome if it all works well.

i think I made him nervous, and he didn't even know that my panties were too big so I had attached them to my skirt with binder clips.

:lol: :lol: These are pre-weightlifting smallclothes. I've lost several inches on my hips and lots of my underpinnings don't fit. But these are cute red with black polka dots and black lace trim and I hate the thought of tossing them. but I guess if they won't stay up at all on their own it may be time.

Jess, this local shop has a "Panties of the Month Club". One of the owners is on the Bravo show "Work of Art" and doing well ( hasn't been eliminated last I saw).

Hey psills! I'm on the North Jersey tour for the weekend :P We're looking at areas, apartments, etc. Gawd--I phorgot how wonderfully gritty it is up here. :rolleyes: I pheel so comfortable. From almost everywhere we've been so far, I can see the Empire State Building out the car window from across the river.

Right now we're at a Starbucks in Clifton using the internet and getting some much needed caffeine.

Now if me hips could be a phew inches smaller I'd really be in business :D

      Desperately need a vitamin D supplement. I've reacted to most brands I've tried.

      For my Vit D3 deficiency it was recommended to take with Vit K2 (MK7) with the Vit D. The Vit K2 helps absorption of Vit D3. Fat also helps with absorption. I take Micro Ingredients Vit D3 5000 IU with Vit K2 100 micrograms (as menaquinone:MK-7). Comes in soft gels with coconut oil. Gluten free but not certified gluten free. Soy free, GMO free.

      Blood results

      Celiac Disease causes more vitamin D deficiency than the general population because of limited UV sunlight in the winter and the little available from food is not absorbed well in the damaged small intestine.       I was just diagnosed with celiac disease after Thanksgiving. I can't imagine what all you had to do to get all the information you have, it just seems so overwhelming. I am still trying to figure it all out and don't know if the information I'm getting is correct. I have been eating only white rice and chicken breast, pork, or steak and fresh vegetables.  Gluten free pretzels and rice cakes to snack on. But that's about it cause I don't know what I can eat it's to overwhelming.  I don't even know what symptom to look for for possible cross contamination cause I also have microscopic Colitis which has the same symptoms as celiac disease. I'm hoping at least being on this forum I can get information that will help me figure it all out. Sorry I am not able to help you and hope you get the relief you are looking for.

Even though celiac disease and gluten sensitivity are, technically speaking, not allergic responses, it would seem, nonetheless, appropriate to include "gluten" in that list for the present purpose. That would insure that food companies would be consistent with including this information in labeling. Best estimates are that 1% of the general population, many undiagnosed of course, have celiac disease and more than that are gluten sensitive."
