IS SAYS $25.000 AND 0 BEDROOMS.

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT APT BUILDING IN THE SITE?

It's $25,000 to buy just a parking spot, so I guess if you have an RV, you'd be golden.

Lest you all think I'm way overpaid, I can tell you that I live in the poor part of the island, with the 800 sq foot houses and older mobile homes. And none of us are selling 'cause we could never afford to buy anything else in the area.

We could shop around. There's a private island off the island that comes up for sale every now and again. Shall I keep my eyes open? It's accessible by foot bridge only.

Jess - I can't believe you live on Bainbridge........ *sigh*

In the early 90's, I visited Seattle for the first time, and took the fairy one day to Bainbridge and beyond (was in LOVE w/ Bremerton as I am Norwegian).

The moment I drove onto Bainbridge, I burst into tears. It was the oddest thing....but I felt like I had come......home. So, I drove back every day.....went to the school district, and actually (when back home) went through the whole process of applying for a couple of teaching jobs there. Mygawd - the starting pay was outrageously low - state of WAshington started, at that time, at around 16K :blink: (I did not care - just had to be there).

Anywho - they never even called me, of course......and here I am...........

but - I think it's one of my most favorite places I've ever been in the US.......I'm supposed to be living there........how in hell will I get there?

can I live in that parking stall?

I think since the Winter Games have that skiing/shooting biathlon, the Summer Games should have Horseback Archery!

(No dismount to shoot tho . ..full gallop, like the movies ;) )

Robin Williams wondered the same thing............you should watch his stand-up routine about it. I won't post the link, because I don't want to be responsible for warping your minds :unsure: ......(and I'm afraid I might get warned :ph34r: cuz he uses some really foul language :rolleyes: )

      Waiting on biopsy after positive bloodwork, but also not really believing this is real

      Oh I definitely am doing that! I'm having a "last hurrah" leading up to the endoscopy and I am making sure to eat as much gluten as I can now. I will say I am BLOATED but I've been this way for so many years, it's kind of my norm. Just a couple more weeks until I have answers though, I hope!

Mon (19th) and Thur (22nd) started feeling flu-like, realized I had probably been glutened at work but not sure how, didn't eat it! I don't know your age but that's being an adult and taking ownership of your life.

I tried to ask for a reasonable accom. but the manager says it would be an undue burden because i have to avoid two aisles. I am sad because i liked this job to start but now I'm really going through it. Today I didn't stock bakery or baking aisle and I was just starting to come out of it, now the symptoms are starting up again. I live w my parents and they don't understand or care to understand. I will be unemployed while I search for something new, but I am damaging my body in this current job and they can't switch me anywhere because I'm part time and a new hire. Should I trust my intuition and quit, and then apply for jobs outside of my home so my parents believe I am still going to work (until I finally find a job that doesn't handle gluten)?
