So I know i've been a-wall for a while, it comes with be a chemistry major, biology and spanish minors, and being a sophomore in college...

BUT (it's a little late) it's my 18 year anniversary of being gluten free (well it was like a month ago February 12th)

I always like posting the years here just to tell everyone (espeically those newly diagnosed peeps out there) that it's possible to go this long without gluten and if you ever need any advice etc shoot me an e-mail cause obviously I don't come on here regularly enough.

yay 18 years!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

Anyone experimented with Taurine supplementation either via electrolyte powders or otherwise? Thanks

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
