    I need to make my yearly buy of bulk xanthan gum. The cheapest place I have found it online is Open Original Shared Link. They have it for $39.50 for 5 pounds.     Crispix is not gluten-free. It contains barley malt. To my knowledge. there is no Kelloggs cereal that is gluten-free.

    If the flour mix you are using has quar gum, you do not need to add additional xanthan. They serve the same purpose. Hope this helps!

    The bloodwork results you have posted are highly suggestive of celiac disease. You are not IgA Deficient, and the TtG and EmA (nearly 100% specific to celiac) are both positive AND you posess one of the genes for celiac.     OMG! IT's up! The custom kits doen't work yet, but there are all kinds of new eyeshadows and lipglosses! You can't order anything, but you can click around and see.     Infrequent visitor to sillyville here. I heard a rumor if you pass over a milestone number of posts here (799 to 800 for example), you can experience strange after effects.
