  7. Can you mix with the flour in an enclosed small space away from the kitchen? If not , just remember that it can take at least 24 for the flour floating in the air to settle. That means, anything sitting on the counters, like a water cup or a bowl of fruit, could have a layer of flour.

  11. Also - no sharing PB, butter, Mayo, etc between gluten eaters and non-gluten eaters. Get some colored duct tape and put a big piece on every gluten-free only thing like peanut butter, etc. You can use it on the handles of a colander if you can't find different colored ones. My hub looked al over for a red one for gluten-free as most were white plastic...
  12. I went to the website and it doesn't say the oats are gluten-free. I think I will write them, too. If they get several inquiries in a row, they might pay attention. Would lobve them to label it gluten-free on the bottle too. Just tried to email and the link on thier site didn't work.
  13. If you change your diet, even for the good, it can take a while for a healthy gut to adjust. Your gut isn't healthy so it may be less resilent. You may not have been getting enough fiber, too much sugar, too much fiber, beans can be hard to digest, etc.

  20. For me...it would likely be something I ate for breakfast. For some, it takes longer. What did you eat for breakfast? Its possible its not gluten but a food you ate, too. Lactose intolerance does that, too.

  23. I go to the grocery after a Jewish holiday and buy gluten-free noodles half to 75% off. Also, the frozen challah rolls.
