  7. I'm new to this too, but I ate out every day for about 6 weeks a month ago. It was very embarrassing at first, but you'll get the hang of it. Just to keep yourself safe, I would recommend going to a restaurant with a gluten free menu. Chili's, Carrabas, Outback is all I can remember right now. I ate at Cracker Barrell, Picaddilly and Red Lobster...
  8. For fast relief, as in 5 - 10 minutes, I use a suppository. Fleece makes a good one. And I know Walmart has it. Enemas were painful for me, but suppositories weren't. And no worries about cramping.

But, I eat about 4 oz a day of a mix of raw hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts, brazil nuts and macadamia and I am fine with it. The cooked ones are still too harsh for me, but I can eat the raw. I actually got sores on my tongue from walnuts in the beginning, but I don't anymore...
