    We have limited our gift giving to $50.00 a kid (that includes our three kids-in-law ), and around $25.00 for grandkids (they're all 6 and under and don't expect more anyway, since they haven't figured out the worth of money yet). Second, make sure your laundry detergent, fabric softener, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc. are all gluten-free.     My youngest daughter broke her leg when she was three. They thought she only needed a cast for six weeks, but it took forever to heal, she was in a cast for three months.     When I was still using shampoo with wheat germ oil, my scalp was covered in a rash and excruciatingly itchy. I don't know if it was DH or not, but it doesn't really matter.     I KNOW it can happen, and it doesn't matter if you ate or not. Just the kisses were bad, and then backwashing into your drink............no wonder you're sick.     I have adrenal fatigue, and it can result in being dizzy all the time. That's the first thing my naturopath asks me every time I see him (now that he is treating the adrenals and the low thyroid), "How is your dizziness, has it improved?"     Lister, even if you do have celiac disease, a three-month challenge will NOT be enough to get a positive biopsy after being gluten-free for as long as you have been.
