    We had a really nasty hail storm on Saturday. My brother still doesn't have power back yet. Then we were hit with high winds and I lost power for a day. Today we have about 3 inches and off and on snow showers. (I think I have run out of cuss words at this point!)

    Keep her on GLUTEN. There has to be damage from eating gluten to diagnose Celiac with the endoscopy. It sounds like you need the "gold standard" diagnoses for your ex-husband.

    Can you find the cheesecake that is pre made and sold in a tub like cool whip? You can take the pre-made stuff and place on a small gluten free vanilla or shortbread cookie in a cupcake holder.     Congratulations! I believe Denver, Colorado is really making strides in gluten free food products. I think Udi's brand originated there and owns some restaurants and bakery. Can you look out for any gluten free food fairs in your area? Apparently they are running a contest to rename Udi's. (Probably because of Rudi's gluten free products)

    Moose, Did you try Buckwheat Creamy hot cereal a Hodgson Mill product? Ingredients are Buckwheat and milled flax seed. clearly labeled gluten free. If I remember correctly, it reminds me of cream of wheat more than cream of rice/grits.
