Thank you-I'm tired of wasting my money throwing away shody gluten-free food!

Hi Digmom 1014

I understand --- I wasted so much gluten-free food that I or no one could swallow. I do alot of research in regards to the cream of the crop in gluten-free. I only buy now what I've sampled & I know is worth buying. The foods today are so much better than even five ago so gluten-free has come a long way . I know many of the new baker/vendors in the arena today so if you are craving a gluten-free food let me know perhaps I can send you in the right direction.

People today who are being dx'd are fair better off than some of us older gluten-free ones! Newbies have excellent choices to begin with.... less wasting of money ...

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
